Veg Dinner Recipe : Ingredients

Cashew 12-15 pices
Butter 1/2 Cup
Cinnamon stick 1 pices
Green chillies 8-10 pices Finely chopped
Ginger 1 inch finely chopped
Peeled garlic cloves 6-7
Tomatoes 2 pices finely chopped
Salt 1/2 Cup
Paneer cubes 300 grams
Red Chilli 3 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Boondi 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
Roasted Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves finely chopped

Veg Dinner Recipe – Direction

First of all we will cook Paneer Butter Masala

  1. Cooking Step – To make Paneer Butter Masala, first we should cutting finely chop 4 tomatoes and 1 large onion.
    Take 12-15 Cashew and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Cooking Step – Take a pan and put it on gas, add 1 spoon butter in the pan. After the oil is hot, add 1 cinnamon stick, 2 green chillies, 1 inch finely chopped ginger, 6-7 peeled garlic cloves for fry well. Add finely chopped tomatoes and keep them in the pan along with the roasted ingredients and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and again fry. After roasting for 5-6 minutes, remove the pan and keep it aside to cool.
  3. Cooking Step – Grind the cashews that we had soaked, which put in mixer grinder and make a paste.
  4. Cooking Step – We also have to prepare a paste by grinding tomatoes along with roasted ingredients. after this we do Strain the tomato paste once that’s why the gravy is completely smooth.
  5. Cooking Step – Now we have to put in the pan of 300 grams of paneer cubes and fry the paneer in medium flame. Before frying, we add some thing like 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon red chili to the paneer cube and mix well, that why the paneer looks good. we also Be careful not to overcook the paneer and otherwise it will become rubbery ( also  fry paner in low flam otherwise it is quickly roasted).
  6. Cooking Step – When the paneer is fried, add salt in warm water and soak the paneer and when you want to add paneer to the fried ingredients, take the paneer out of the water and add it ( if you do not use water for deep the paneer in water then you leave it)
  7. Cooking Step – we have to heat the pan in low flam and add some butter with 1 teaspoon red chilli then fry it. add in tomato paste along with 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, mix well. and cook the gravy for 3-4 minutes. cook the masala until oil comes out from it.
  8. Cooking Step – Now we have to add 2 tablespoons of cashew paste in pan. Mix the paste well and cook it for 2-3 minutes. when the paste is fried, then add in it 1 cup of water and also put in salt as per taste, after adding water, leave it to boiled for 2 minutes. When the gravy is ready, then add paneer in it and then cook again for 5 minutes. when paneer cooked and ready, add in it rub dry fenugreek leaves . Now turn off the gas and remove the paneer butter masala.

Paneer butter masala is ready, now you can serve it with roti.

Bundi Ka Raita – Direction

You can prepare Bundi at home by soaking gram flour in oil, otherwise you can buy ready-made Bundi from the market. take 1 cup curd in a bowl and beat it well to bring it thin. after then add boondi in mixer of curd and mix well. leave the boondi in curd for 10 minutes.

when the boondi is ready, we have to add 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon roasted coriander powder, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1-2 pieces green chili. Finely chopped, some green coriander leaves, finely chopped. Now mix well with curd all the spices. Now Here your raita is ready
