At first take 3 potatoes and 1/3 cup green peas. Potatoes and peas have to be boiled by adding water in a pressure cooker. when the mixer of baji have to be cooked then after adding water, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 teaspoon butter. Then cook it well and keep it aside.

we need to place Pan in the gas once more. Add 1 spoon butter and finely chopped coriander in pan and heat it a little. Now take the pav, apply butter on it and cook it on both sides.
