Mango Pickle Recipe: In the summer season mangoes roam in mango trees thats know everybody. We have make juice from ripe mango and also eat it, but we do not talk about raw mango. We either make chilli chutney or sour chutney from raw mango but today we will make pickle from the raw mango. Which is so tasty and sweet-sour to eat. It’s recipe is very easy of making, do you think that mango pickle is ready within 15 to 20 minutes. So let’s make mango pickle in this summer season

Mango Pickle Recipe

First Process

At first take 4 raw mango, wash with water well. then you can finnly choppedor or cut mango in small sizes this mango for pickle. Before cutting mango you have to peel and wash with water. 

Second Process 

Next process is make to masala of mango pickle. for it take 2 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of cumin, 1 spoon of coriander, some black paper and 1 spoon of Fenugreek in a pan and roasted it in low flam of gas oven for one minuts. you should also add some red chill. when change the colour of masala then turn off gas flam and put it down on a plate. Keep in mind that the masala should not be roasted fully. then we have to be ground coarsely in mixer grinder. always remember not grind msala in complete powder. 

Third Process 

Take a pan and put it on gas oven. heat the pan then add 1 cup mustard oil in it. heat the oil until smoke comes out of the oil. always use mustard oil because it’s taste is too good. 

Forth Process 

After this we have to chop 1 cup of ginger and garlic pices. If you do not wish like giving ginger garlic then you can not give this but after adding ginger garlic increases the taste mango pickle. 

Add 3 spoon of red chilli powder, 1 spoon of asafoetida, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of celery, 1 spoon pf black cumin, salt as per taste and mix all masala together with ginger and garlic. Along with this, add hot mustard oil in it and mix well.

Fifth Process

After the mustard oil cools down, add chopped mango in it and mix again. Along with this, we also have to add the spices that we have prepared.
Put pickles in a jar and keep it in the sun for every day.
You can eat it after 1 to 2 days.

TIPS Of Mango Pickle
  • For making mango pickle, mango should always be washed before cutting in small pices.
  • Always use mustard oil for mango pickles, for taste of pickles its too good.
  • Ginger and garlic can be added to the pickle as per your wish or not.
  • Always add roasted spices in the pickle but do not fry them completely.
  • Use only the boiled oil used in pickle.
  • After making the pickle, do not forget to expose the pickle to the sunlight.
