HOW TO MAKE MOZZARELLA CHEESE 

Today we will make mozzarella cheese. for making this we will need to only 4 chickpeas, 1 liter raw milk, juice of 1 lemon or vinegar, cold water and salt.

First of all we have to take a pot in which we have to take 1 liter raw milk.

Then turn on the gas and heat the raw milk on low flame. The milk has to be heated as much as we can dip our finger in it. While heating the milk on low flame, keep stirring the milk.

After then we have to take lemon juice in which a little water has to be mixed so that the sourness of the lemon goes away. Similarly, if you take vinegar then you have to mix water in it also. When the finger dipped in milk becomes hot, if there is no lemon juice in it then take vinegar and add it one spoon at a time and keep stirring the milk. The milk has to be kept stirring until the milk curdles completely.

After curdling the milk, strain it in a sieve and squeeze out all the water from it. Squeeze the curdled milk until all the water comes out.

Then add 1 teaspoon salt in curdled milk. Now keep the ball that we have made by kneading the curdled milk, dip it in salt water for 5 to 6 seconds, then take out the ball from the water and squeeze the water back out. This process has to be done 6-7 times. This has to be done well so that the torn milk dough becomes soft.

After this process is over, take water in a vessel and add ice to the dough and leave it for some time so that it becomes little hard.

Then tie it with a plastic or cloth and keep it in the freezer.

After all this making process your cheese is ready. If the cheese is slightly moist then you can freeze it and eat it for 9 to 10 days and if it is no moist  then you can keep it frozen for 1 month and eat it.
