At First we have to prepare the bhature dough.

we have to first take 1 cup semolina in which we will add 1/2 cup curd along with one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon sugar salt also remember add everything in equal quantity. Then leave it for 2-3 minutes. For that the fermentation takes place well.

when the semolina swells, add 2 cups of refined flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of Eno. Then mix the flour well, after mixing add some water in it and make a soft dough. Now keep the dough aside for 1 hour.

then we have to prepare chole. first you have to soak 2 cups of chickpeas in water for a day, so that the chickpeas swell properly. Take out the chickpeas from the water and keep them aside.

Finely chop 2 onions and fry them until they turn light brown. After it turns light brown, add ginger and garlic paste and then fry. Now add 2 finely chopped tomatoes into it. Then fry it well like this. After that add 1 teaspoon turmeric and 1 teaspoon red chili powder. Then cook it well like this.

When onion and tomato are cooked well, add 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, chaat masala and fry well. After frying, add the chickpeas that we have taken out, pulse them and add salt as per taste. Then push it and cook it well. After 3-4 minutes add water and mix. Add as much water as you need for gravy.

Now cook it for 5-6 minutes and then your chole are ready.
